Story Cubes

Children love listening to stories, but what about inventing their own? Story Cubes are a wonderful tool to use at the foreign language classroom, especially with the higher levels, when students are ready to understand the mechanisms of fiction.

The most famous cubes are Rory's Story Cubes, with several editions (Scooby Doo, Looney Tunes, Batman...), but you can find other publishers (try in Tiger), and you can even make up your own cubes with your own selection of stories. Check this great site.
